DISCOVERY
The Discovery Call is the very first step before committing to a full consultation. This complimentary 15-minute conversation is a relaxed way for you to share your vision, ask questions, and get a feel for how we work. It’s designed to give you an introduction to our process and to see if we’re the right fit for your project.

PHASE I: GETTING STARTED
Step 1
Consultation
Your consultation can be the first step in a full design process—or a stand-alone service. In this focused session, we’ll review your goals, floor plans, or inspiration images and give you expert guidance. Whether you’re looking for a complete design journey, a color consultation, or an action plan to move forward on your own, this step gives you the clarity you need.
Step 2
Establishing the Scope of Work
If you choose to move ahead, we’ll define the scope of work together. This ensures your priorities and deliverables are clear from the start, so the design process feels transparent, tailored, and stress-free.
PHASE II: RESEARCH AND DESIGN
In this phase, we move from ideas to tangible plans. The steps are designed to follow a clear order—each building on the one before it—so nothing is overlooked. That said, every project and every client is different. Some may choose to stop at the conceptual design stage, while others continue through to fully developed drawings, detailed selections, and final presentations.
Whether your project requires just a design concept or a complete set of drawings and estimates, this phase ensures you have the information, visuals, and guidance you need to make confident decisions.

Because every project is different, some steps may not be necessary, and the level of support is tailored to what your home truly requires.
