How I Think About Space
by Viktoria Gilanyi
Design is often described through what we see—materials, colours, and form.
But what shapes a space runs deeper than that. It is how light moves, how materials interact, and how a space supports the rhythm of daily life.
Here, I explore the ideas that influence my work—from biophilic design and spatial experience to the ways our environments affect how we feel and live within them.
These are not rules, but observations. A way of understanding what makes a space feel calm, cohesive, and quietly aligned with everyday life.
